Paper gift cards are the newest trend in CR80 cards. PaprCard™ RECYCLED is constructed from FSC® certified post-consumer waste recycled fiber. In addition to being made from recycled materials, these 28pt engineered paper cards are also curbside recyclable, providing a more eco-friendly solution than traditional plastic cards with a similar feel.
Blank paper cards are 28pt thick which is a similar thickness to a standard credit card. They are the same CR80 dimensions as a credit card, measuring 3.375" x 2.125". Blank paper cards are available with or without a magnetic stripe. Our blank PVC plastic cards are proudly manufactured in the USA with the highest level of quality and comply with ISO card specifications.

What kind of printers can be used to print on blank Paper Cards?
Blank paper cards cannot be printed using a standard inkjet or laser printer. They also cannot be used with traditional plastic card thermal printers. Paper cards but be printed on using inkjet printers compatible with 28pt paper, silkscreening, or flatbed UV ink printers such as Mimaki or Roland. How do I know if I need to order blank paper cards with a magnetic stripe?
There are 2 reasons customers will decide to add a magnetic stripe to their blank paper cards. One is for show. They simply want the look of a magnetic stripe but it will not perform any function. The second reason would be to encode the magnetic stripe with data so the card can be swiped using a POS system or other scanning software. These are most popular with gift cards, security access passes, and membership cards. Our paper cards typically come with a HiCo mag stripe. Inquire about ordering with a LoCo mag stripe.
